Completion Engineer

Are you an experienced Completion Engineer, and would you like to be part of a multidisciplinary, international team, ensuring quality and efficiency in a high-tech hydrogen plant?

We are looking for a Completion Engineer to ensure the smooth transition from construction to commissioning by managing documentation, inspections, and system handovers for large industrial projects.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Lead the completion process to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement and manage Hexagon SmartCompletions Software.
• Maintain the Completions Database, ensuring all records are up to date.
• Oversee the handover process between Construction, Commissioning, and Operations.
• Manage Inspection Test Records (ITR), punch lists, and handover documentation.
• Organise and facilitate system walkdowns to verify project readiness.
• Ensure proper execution of preservation tasks within the Completion Systems.
• Generate progress reports to track completion milestones.
• Coordinate and lead completion meetings with all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Construction, Commissioning, Quality, and Planning teams to ensure project alignment.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards on-site.

• At least 3 years of experience in Completion roles (e.g., Completion Engineer, Turnover Engineer, Handover System Owner, Punch List Coordinator, etc.).
• Experience working with EPC Contractors or Client Companies in the Chemicals, Utilities, or Oil & Gas industry.
• Proficiency in Completion Management Systems (Hexagon SmartCompletions preferred).
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, systemisation, and handover processes.
• Familiarity with preservation management in Completion Systems Software.
• Experience working on industrial project sites with a strong focus on HSE compliance.
• Strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary, international team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent in English.
