We are looking for a Lead Project Inspection Coordinator to ensure the accurate administration, tracking, and timely execution of inspection activities while coordinating third-party agencies and providing essential reporting and compliance oversight for oil and gas projects.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Monitor and Maintain Inspection Data:
- Ensure inspection data is accurately updated and maintained in ERP systems to provide visibility and forecast activities for project teams and management.
- Coordinate Third-Party Agencies:
- Direct and guide third-party inspection agencies to ensure compliance with requirements and timely execution of work.
- Vendor Inspection Plan (VIP):
- Generate, maintain, and oversee the VIP in ERP systems for assigned projects.
- Ensure Compliance:
- Verify project inspection coordinators' adherence to protocols for setting up and registering inspection activities in ERP systems.
- Support Procedures:
- Assist in implementing project procedures for issuing Inspection Release Certificates, and Waivers, and managing punch lists.
- Inspection Matrix Maintenance:
- Support the upkeep of the Project Inspection Matrix (PIM).
- Meeting Participation:
- Attend post-PO meetings such as Kick-Off Meetings (KOM), progress reviews, and shipment release health checks when necessary.
- Documentation Management:
- Collaborate with document control teams to ensure timely and complete uploading of inspection-related documentation.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on Vendor Inspection Plans, inspection date forecasts, punch lists, and site observations.
- Supplier Communication:
- Ensure supplier notifications meet requirements and prepare transmittal packages for inspection agencies.
Requirements Lead Project Inspection Coordinator
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, analytics, or computer science.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inspection coordination or administration roles.
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas industry quality standards and inspection test requirements for complex equipment is a plus!
- Field inspector or inspection coordination experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, experience with Power BI is a plus!
- Understanding of quality documentation, such as ITPs, technical specifications, FAT procedures, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance plans.
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Excellent time management and proactive leadership capabilities.
- Flexible and adaptable to operational changes.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
