We are looking for a Quality Engineer CSA to ensure compliance with construction quality standards, conduct inspections, resolve issues, and support project handover for a sustainable industrial facility.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with construction quality standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Conduct inspections and audits of civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) components.
- Identify and resolve quality issues in collaboration with engineers and contractors.
- Prepare detailed quality reports, including recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor construction processes to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Support project handover and commissioning activities.
- Implement and oversee QA/QC procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that safety and regulatory requirements are met.
- Provide guidance on quality assurance best practices to project teams.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high construction standards.
Requirements Quality Engineer Civil Structural Architectural (CSA)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within civil, structural, or architectural projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, QA/QC procedures, and industry best practices.
- Experience working on industrial projects, preferably in oil & gas or manufacturing sectors.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards in the Netherlands.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in English; Dutch proficiency is a plus!
