Quality Engineer Civil Structural Architectural (CSA)

We are looking for a Quality Engineer CSA to ensure compliance with construction quality standards, conduct inspections, resolve issues, and support project handover for a sustainable industrial facility.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with construction quality standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Conduct inspections and audits of civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) components.
• Identify and resolve quality issues in collaboration with engineers and contractors.
• Prepare detailed quality reports, including recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor construction processes to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Support project handover and commissioning activities.
• Implement and oversee QA/QC procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that safety and regulatory requirements are met.
• Provide guidance on quality assurance best practices to project teams.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high construction standards.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within civil, structural, or architectural projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, QA/QC procedures, and industry best practices.
• Experience working on industrial projects, preferably in oil & gas or manufacturing sectors.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards in the Netherlands.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English; Dutch proficiency is a plus!
