We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor E&I to manage cost estimation, procurement, and contract administration for electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring budget control, compliance, and successful project execution.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for electrical and instrumentation (E&I) components.
- Manage procurement processes for E&I systems, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, addressing variations and cost adjustments.
- Track costs, assess financial risks, and provide regular budget updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to E&I systems, including cost overruns and schedule delays.
- Ensure all E&I installations meet industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align project requirements and timelines.
Requirements Quantity Surveyor E&I
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying for electrical and instrumentation projects, preferably in industrial or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems in complex engineering environments.
- Proficiency in budget planning, cost analysis, and contract management.
- Familiarity with construction regulations, safety standards, and procurement best practices.
- Ability to identify risks and propose cost-effective solutions.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus!)
