Supervisor/Inspector Refractory

We are looking for a Supervisor/Inspector to oversee and ensure the safe, high-quality, and timely installation and maintenance of refractory linings on industrial construction projects worldwide.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the work of refractory contractors to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality installation of refractory linings.
• Monitor the progress and quality of refractory work, identifying and resolving any issues or deviations.
• Liaise with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the refractory installation crew.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to refractory activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of refractory installation processes and procedures.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor Refractory or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of refractory materials, installation techniques, and best practices.
• Proven track record of successful refractory projects in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industry sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and travel globally.
