We are looking for a Supervisor Piping & Mechanical to oversee the installation, maintenance, and safety of piping and mechanical systems, particularly related to chemicals, plastics, and synthetic lubricants, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Supervise installation and maintenance of piping and mechanical systems, ensuring they comply with project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with project teams (e.g., engineers, contractors) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor safety compliance and implement safety protocols during mechanical and piping work.
- Oversee quality control to ensure all piping and mechanical installations meet safety and quality standards.
- Manage schedules and resources, ensuring project deadlines and milestones are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Prepare reports and documentation on project progress, performance, and incidents.
- Ensure proper commissioning of mechanical systems, including start-up, testing, and handover.
Requirements Supervisor Piping & Mechanical
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Extensive experience in piping and mechanical supervision, especially in the chemical or plastics industry.
- Strong knowledge of piping materials, installation methods, and mechanical systems relevant to chemical and synthetic lubricants.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API).
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills for coordination with various stakeholders.
- Safety-focused mindset, with training or certifications in relevant safety standards and procedures.
